Service Agreements

  • Blue

    Time and materials pricing for ad-hoc services and maintenance requests.

  • Silver

    Preventive Maintenance Service Agreement based on per-device pricing structure. Discounted new device inspections. Repairs subject to standard time and material pricing.

  • Gold

    Full Service Agreement – complete coverage of equipment for routine maintenance and unscheduled service calls, including all parts and labor for preventive maintenance and repairs.

  • Hybrid

    Customers have the option to select Gold plan full-service coverage for specific devices while maintaining Silver level preventive maintenance coverage on others.
