Service Agreements
iMed Blue
Time and materials pricing for ad-hoc services and maintenance requests.
Silver
Preventive Maintenance Service Agreement based on per-device pricing structure. Discounted new device inspections. Repairs are subject to standard time-and-materials pricing.
Hybrid
Customers can select the Gold plan, which provides full-service coverage for specific devices while maintaining Silver-level preventive maintenance coverage on others.
Gold
Full Service Agreement – complete coverage of equipment for routine maintenance and unscheduled service calls, including all parts and labor for preventive maintenance and repairs.
